My heart is always heavy when I hear of tragedy.  It is hard to fathom that there are people in the world capable of such evil and it saddens me that innocent lives were taken because of those few. 

But through tragedy, I am quickly reminded how good people are, how willing they are to help, and how they can be Gods hands here on earth. Within minutes of the explosions in Boston, thousands were posting on social media sites, rescue workers were on site helping the injured, civilians were running towards the explosion sites to offer a helping hand, people rushing to hospitals to donate blood. It really is a beautiful thing, humanity.
