Its Green!
One of the first meals my husband ever made for me was Tuna Casserole, one of his favorites.
I thought people only ate Tuna Casserole in movies... apparently not.
11 months of marriage later and we have had to adjust our cooking and eating habits.
I had to learn that hummus and carrots doesn't constitute a meal, and green juice is not
filling enough for breakfast. He has learned that we don't keep cream of anything in our
pantry, and steak and spaghetti don't go together.
He surprised me last night with dinner .
We have come a long way since Tuna Casserole
Spinach and Arugula Salad with sliced bell peppers, cucumber, and parmesan dressing.
Dressing:
Olive oil, grape seed oil, parmesan, champagne vinegar, garlic salt, pepper, lemon juice
