Dear Costco

Dear Costco,  I am addicted to your french beans. Please continue to carry these beans FOREVER. I have no clue what I will do without them in my life.  Sincerely,  Alix

Pre-heat oven to 400 place french beans on cookie sheet/ in baking dish drizzle with 1-3 tbsp. coconut oil (or EVOO but EVOO loses health benefits when heated) place in oven for 5 minutes pull out of oven and sprinkle with pine nuts place back in oven and bake for another 3 minutes or until pine nuts are golden brown and beans are cooked through and a little crispy remove from oven and sprinkle with salt and pepper
